ข้อบ่งใช้ [Indication] :
• For the dissolution of cholesterol gallstones in the gall bladder. The gallstones must not show as shadows on X-ray images and should not exceed 15 mm in diameter. Gall bladder function must not be significantly impaired, despite the gallstones.
• For the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) in patients without decompensated hepatic cirrhosis.
Paediatric population:
• For the treatment of hepatobiliary disorder associated with cystic fibrosis in children aged 6 years to less than 18 years.
• ใช้ละลายนิ่วในถุงน้ำดีที่ขนาดก้อนเล็กกว่า 15 มิลลิเมตร และเกิดจากคอเลสเตอรอลส่วนเกินในถุงน้ำดี ที่แพทย์พิจารณาแล้วว่าต้องใช้ยานี้
• รักษาโรคท่อนํ้าดีอักเสบชนิดปฐมภูมิ (Primary Biliary Cholangitis) ที่ตับยังคงทำงานได้ปกติ
• รักษาโรคซิสติคไฟโบรซิสที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตับ ในเด็กอายุ 6-18 ปี
